The new Torngat and the Ellesmere are built from our award-winning Exhaust Lite fabric. The fabric is PFAS-free and 100% recycled, with 6,000 g/m²/24h breathability and 25,000 mm of waterproofing for all-day comfort and dependable dryness. Hydrophilic properties push real-world breathability and wicking past what the lab numbers promise. It is more durable than the 2.5-ply fabric it replaces, comfortable next to the skin, and extremely packable. In essence, it is ideal for all paddlers, from recreational boaters to expedition trippers.

These are jackets for changeable days: easy to pack away, when paddlers need them, and comfortable across a range of conditions. An adjustable drawcord waist, adjustable hood, and wrist closures let paddlers open the jackets up when they are working and seal them down when weather comes in. Multiple pockets keep the essentials within easy reach. Every feature is designed with intention.

The Ellesmere is the Torngat’s women’s counterpart and is patterned as its own garment rather than scaled from the men’s. The same principle driving our fit work across the line is applied to these jackets. These pieces are designed to be premium tops for flatwater paddlers of all skill levels.
