SUGAR FOR THE EYES

The best paddle sport films of the year!

The Paddle Sport Show film festival celebrates its premiere this year in Strasbourg as part of the Paddle Sport Show. Great action, thrilling adventures and lots of emotions will take you into the wonderful world of paddle sports. Festival founders Philippe Doux, and Olaf Obsommer, alias Big-O, have put together an exciting program. Experience water sports adventures up and close in sea kayaks, foils, canoes, sup and white water kayaking.

The stars of the scene present their latest adventures and top performances with cinematography on par with National Geographic documentaries.

Locations such as Spitsbergen, Africa, the Alps or, for example, ice waterfalls that are travelled by kayak guarantee breathtaking images on an XXL screen.

A special highlight is the world premiere of the film ‘Gabon Uncharted: Sending Ivindo Falls’. The SEND team travelled to Gabon in Central Africa to explore the Ivindo Falls. A masterpiece about friendship, teamwork and passion. This film does not take part in the award ceremony. To be noted, the presence of the SEND crew Dane Jackson, Kalob Grady and Adrian Mattern!

The film programme has a total length of around 160 minutes and lasts approx. 3-4 hours with a break and interviews.
