The KuNalu downwind foil board specialist is our most performance-driven foil board yet. The KuNalu name has a history with SIC, dating back to 2005 when shaper Mark Raaphorst introduced his first hollow paddleboard, the KuNalu. Now, it is aptly reborn into the modern era of downwind SUP foiling. âNaluâ means wave, and âKuâ has many meanings, one being to stand or rise up, which now appropriately signifies rising above the water.
Crafted with our new Super Fly Lite (SFL) technology, the KuNalu boasts a custom carbon PVC construction with vertical carbon PVC foil tracks and blocks for unparalleled strength and durability. Its sophisticated carbon reveal highlighting lines of the board contrasted with colourful thick rails, emphasizing its performance-driven ride.
