RONIN is HIKO’s new generation of whitewater dry suits, designed with purpose in every detail. It combines Air4C0, a PFAS-free 4-layer material from Japan, with an IPX8-rated dry zipper, double-taped socks, and CORDURA® reinforcements at the seat, knees, and elbows.

Its paddling-specific cut features tapered forearms and strategic panel construction for unrestricted movement. An industry-leading range of nine sizes — S, ST, M, MT, L, LT, XL, XLT and 2XL — including four dedicated Tall options, provides a more precise fit across different body proportions.

Why RONIN Deserves the Award? 

A dry suit can only perform as well as it fits. Yet most whitewater dry suits are built around just five or six standard sizes. RONIN expands this to an industry-leading nine, including four dedicated Tall options, allowing paddlers to match both width and height more precisely.

That philosophy continues throughout the construction: tapered forearms remove excess material from the paddle stroke, strategic panel construction supports a full range of motion, and CORDURA® reinforcement is concentrated exactly where abrasion is highest.

RONIN does not ask the paddler to adapt to the suit. The suit is designed to fit the paddler.

Every RONIN is made in Czechia, in our own factory powered entirely by solar energy for eight months of the year, and individually tested for waterproofness before leaving the factory.
